Delivery of your first order will normally take between 3-4 weeks if you are having artwork & personalisation done. Repeat orders usually take between 3-5 working days. In special circumstances we may be able to give your order a higher priority and a faster turnaround. Orders can be made by telephone, fax, email or through our website or your account manager. We charge a small fee for delivery/administration on each order, however for orders in excess of £185 , we are happy to waive this charge.

We are one of a few companies which offer personalisation on almost all our products. There are several levels of personalisation. On confectionery, cookies and gift options, personalisation takes the form of a hot foil stamp in either silver or gold.
If you have a logo, our representative will be happy to help you design an appropriate one. Alternatively, labels on jars, cookie tubes and tea tubes can have a completely bespoke label of your own design, including photographs and copy of your choice.
